Let the sun shine ☀️: stuffed zucchini and corn

Thanks to the sun overdose, we now live in a very colorful world: red when it comes to Flo’s skin, slightly more brown when it comes to mine (😉), very yellow we it comes to our Sunday night dinner. The amazing sunny week-end seems to have sent my brain a subliminal message. Let´s keep some sun in our plates !

All supplies coming directly from the Farmers’ market around the corner. Looks like we start settling in !
