Who says fast food has to be a burger and greasy fries ? To all the impatient of the world, it took me more time to write this post than to fix this salad.
Ingredients for 1 person
- 1 Fresh tuna steak
- 1/2 melon cantaloupe
- 1/2 mozarella buffala
- Basil, lemon, salt & pepper
As always for very simple dishes, the quality of ingredients makes the difference ! Go for fresh and qualitative.
Cook the fresh tuna steak in a frying pan with a dash of olive oil. I kept it pink in the middle.
In the meantime, dice the melon and mozarrella buffala.
Mix in a bowl and season with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and basil.
